Analytics data is stored securely in Amazon Web Services (AWS) DynamoDB, hosted in the EU (London region). Contact form submissions are sent via AWS Simple Email Service and delivered to our email inbox. We do not retain contact form data beyond what is needed to respond to your enquiry.

7. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics events (without consent) are retained indefinitely for trend analysis. Analytics data collected with your consent is retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of any data associated with your visitor ID at any time by contacting us.

8. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to erasure — you can request that we delete your data
• Right to withdraw consent — you can withdraw your analytics consent at any time using the button below
